sweet chili pasta salad

cook 300g pasta spirals according to instructions until tender. drain.

finely chop 1 red and 1 yellow pepper and 1 red onion. quarter a big handful of small cherry tomatoes. mix into the pasta spirals and stir through mayonnaise mixed with a generous touch of sweet chilli sauce to just coat everything. add salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
