i’m using 250g fresh four cheese cappelletti, but use any fresh filled pasta. boil according to instructions, drain, and stir through your choice of pasta sauce.
cut the top off a ciabatta bread, keeping the ‘lid’. hollow out and fill with the pasta and tomato sauce. press cubes of cheddar cheese in-between and close with the ‘lid’. wrap in foil and bake at 180º celsius for about 15 minutes until heated through and the cheese has melted.
